These terms apply to the use of Rewisio (https://rewisio.ch). They are not legal advice and not a finished legal review.

Service
Rewisio prepares drafts of replies to Google reviews. You review and approve them. Nothing is published on Google without your approval, unless you switch on optional automation for suitable reviews in the Pro plan. Drafts may be written with AI and can contain mistakes.
Prices and billing
Billing is in Swiss francs, once per company. Starter costs CHF 29.00 per month and includes 1 location. Pro costs CHF 49.00 per month and includes up to 3 locations, with no extra charge. More than 3 locations: email support@rewisio.ch. There is no self-serve price for that. Yearly payment includes a 20% discount. The yearly amount (Starter CHF 278.40, Pro CHF 470.40) is charged in advance. A monthly plan renews monthly and a yearly plan renews yearly until you cancel.
Trial
The first month is free and lasts 30 days. It starts when the first Google location is connected. It stays free only if you cancel before it ends. Otherwise the chosen subscription continues and is charged. Stripe checkout collects a payment method. During the first month, Starter features apply for one location. Pro features exist only with an active Pro subscription. After that, your chosen plan applies.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period, in your account under Billing or in the Stripe customer portal. The subscription runs until the period ends and does not renew after that. For a yearly plan there is no pro-rata refund of the yearly amount paid in advance.
Data
We delete account data within 30 days after the account is deleted. We delete Google data within 30 days after a location is disconnected or after cancellation. We keep invoice records for 10 years (Swiss Code of Obligations, OR). Details are in the privacy notice at /datenschutz.
Law and venue
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Dagmersellen, Canton of Lucerne.
